The industrial and financial strategies of Intermarine, and the resulting operative conduct, are targeted to the goal of the creation of value, so as to protect the expectations of its customers and shareholders, as well as the work of its employees.
Intermarine is convinced that the success of the Company is to be pursued in conjunction with the ethics of its business management .
To achieve this objective, the Company abides by the general guidelines which are further described and detailed in the Company Ethical Code, which also encompasses the “Do’s”, and “Don’t’s” to which all managers, employees and collaborators of the Intermarine are requested to conform.
The Ethical Code, and the detailed organizational model, has been deliberated by the Board of Directors in February 2018 and updated in July 2020.
